Description
A quick and easy single-serve dessert that comes together in just 5 minutes of prep and cooks in the air fryer for a crunchy, buttery topping over sweet peaches.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 small can (15 oz / 425g) peach slices in heavy syrup
- ¼ cup (30g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 6-ounce ramekin with butter or cooking spray.
- Drain the canned peaches, reserving 1 tablespoon of the syrup. Slice peach halves in half if large, then layer them into the bottom of the ramekin. Pour the reserved syrup over the peaches.
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the melted butter using a fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Spoon the crumbly topping over the peaches without pressing it down. Dot with extra butter if desired.
- Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket and cook at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and peaches are bubbling.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
Ensure the ramekin is air fryer-safe (glass or ceramic). If using fresh peaches, add 1 tablespoon of sugar to compensate for lack of syrup. Check at 7 minutes as air fryer models vary. Do not freeze as the topping texture suffers.
